Voluntary Contributions
and Charges
The total amount of contributions parents and carers are being asked to pay has been contained within the $60.00 maximum set out in the School Education Act 1999 and School Education Regulations 2000. After discussion with the School Board, our contributions have been set as follows:
Kindergarten
$40.00 per child
Pre-Primary to Year 6
$50.00 for 1 child
$100.00 for 2 children
$150.00 for 3 or more children
Money collected will be used to supplement school expenditure in the areas listed below. The actual costs per child is shown in the table beneath. While contributions are voluntary, the quality of our teaching and learning program will be maximised when each family makes its contributions to the cost of supplementing funding gained from other sources, including State and Commonwealth Governments.

Payment options
Parents can pay their contributions the following way:
At the school office - Cash or Eftpos
At the beginning of 2025 through the “Items for Personal Use” (Booklist).
Online through the Make Contribution Button below.
Using a Progressive Payment Plan where the contribution can be paid off over a negotiated timeframe. Please contact Mrs Pearce in the office if this is required.
Charges for Extra Cost Optional Activities
A breakdown of the estimated charges for your child’s participation in excursions, incursions and other activities for 2025 has been included in the schedule below. This information may assist with budgeting as the year progresses. Students will only incur costs when they are invited to a particular activity. As in the past, you will be asked to make payment for each activity as it approaches.
The Charges Include costs associated with:
Activities available to students, but conditional on payment being made e.g.: Excursions, Incursions, In-term swimming.
Specific activities available to selected students, but conditional on payment being made e.g.: Inter-school sporting events, leadership courses.
